What Are You Doing For YOU?

Here are few self care tips and suggestions you may want to try:

  • Enjoy a candle lit bubble bath.

  • Take the day off from social media platforms.

  • Choose a self-care activity that you will enjoy and do it!

  • Take it easy, don't rush to do too much!

  • Create a self-care vision board for 2023.

  • Take time to set your self-care intentions for the week.

  • Create a personal mantra for the new year!

  • Do something spontaneous (but safe) for yourself.

  • Enjoy the day with your loved ones or doing things you love!

  • Spend at least 15 minutes praying or meditating each day!

  • Write down 5 short-term goals you have for the new year.

  • Clean out a drawer or closet and donate any clothes you don't need or use.

  • Find some time to relax and recite one of your favorite affirmations.

  • Clean out your kitchen cabinets and reorganize the space

  • Grab lunch or dinner with one of your favorite coworkers or friends!

  • Donate any extra food cans in your home to a local shelter

  • Put your phone on do not disturb for the day.

  • REST DAY! TAKE THE DAY OFF!

  • Think of 3 goals you'd like accomplish before the end of the year.

  • Spend some time reflecting on your boundaries. Do you need to make any changes?

  • Today, find some time to relax and recite one of your favorite affirmations.

  • Spend today cleaning your home & creating a “me time” space.

  • Cook one of your favorite dinner dishes!

  • Write down 3 wins you had this month.

  • Look into the mirror and speak aloud positive things about yourself for 3 uninterrupted minutes.

  • Send a friend or family member an encouraging text message

  • Research and download a mentally relaxing app.

  • Get lost in a really good book.

  • Netflix and chill (with yourself or someone that makes you smile.

  • Go for a brisk walk or light jog.

  • Turn on some music and dance/sing like no one is watching.

  • Go for a drive with the windows down and music loud.

  • Write yourself a “love letter”.

  • Make a homemade greeting card and mail it to a friend or loved one.

  • Start a gratitude jar. Write down one thing each day you are grateful for and place it inside.

  • Watch an inspirational video on YouTube.

  • Start your morning by stretching while listening to a motivational message.

  • Try a new bottle of wine.

  • Write down 3 things that you love most about yourself.

  • Book a massage at a spa.

  • Intentionally seek out things that make you laugh HARD!
