Reservation Deposits Are Non-Refundable!

Refunds or replacements requested after shipping/delivery:

Refunds or replacements for damaged items due to shipping: Refunds or replacements will be honored on items that may arrive damaged due to shipping if merchant is notified by customer within 24 hours of package delivery.  If customer requests a replacement, merchant will require customer to provide pictures of the damaged item and possibly return it to determine if item can repaired or if a replacement is needed. Merchant agrees to cover the return shipping cost of items that require return.

If customer requests a refund for damaged item, merchant must be notified within 24 hours of item delivery. Merchant will request that customer provide pictures and then return the damaged item. Merchant agrees to cover the shipping cost of items that require return. Once merchant receives returned item, a refund (minus non-refundable deposit and original shipping fees) will be issued to customer via PayPal or Zelle only.

Item delivery date/time is determined by the postal/shipping service's package tracking system.

Note: Refunds or free replacements will not be honored for damages caused by customer once received.  Be mindful the product is fragile and may break if not handled with care. 

Mirrors are crafted out of raw natural wood. There may be natural "flaws" in the wood that may cause slight variations in design. Refunds/replacements will not be honored in these instances.

Shipping and handling fees are not included in listed price.

Ground shipping is the standard delivery option

Once shipped, merchant can not guarantee delivery date. Tracking information is provided to customer through email(if provided) to monitor estimated delivery date of purchase. Merchant is not responsible for any shipped items that do not arrive to customer once processed through postal/shipping service. Nor does merchant maintain any responsibility or honor any guarantees for estimated or specific delivery dates provided by postal/shipping service.

Merchant will work to resolve significant shipping issues but makes not guarantees. All shipping issues raised by customer to merchant will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

Affirmation mirrors are NOT mass produced.  Product is thoughtfully crafted using high quality wood. Significant time and labor are put into each one. Based on demand, at times it could take 3-5 weeks for delivery.   Just like us, the beauty is in the details. Please order well in advance of your desired date of receipt.  Quality and craftsmanship are worth waiting for!
